Adventuring

According to the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen, "Adventure is just bad planning." Matthias and I are on an adventure, planned as well as we could. Flew to California to buy a vintage car with the intention of driving it back across the country to Ohio with sight-seeing and adventuring on the way.




Things did not quite go as planned.




180 miles into our road trip and the car stopped working. In a fairly convenient place, actually. Everyone on this unexpected leg of the adventure has been so nice and helpful. And we've been having an amazing time.




Magical experiences we wouldn't have had otherwise.




I have so much more to share, but it might not be for a while.
