growing!

Although in the coming days we have snow in the forecast, it really does feel like spring here.  Our seedlings are growing.








And outside things are getting greener.






We've been working in the overgrown garden, trying to clean it out.  Reminds me of The Secret Garden.  I wish I'd taken some before pictures. 

It's been fun discovering what's coming up beneath all of the dried grass and weeds.




The first bulbs opened.




And soon the daffodils will bloom, too.




The buds on my apple trees (brought with me from Cleveland because they're in pots) are getting fatter.




And the lilacs (there are a lot of them here!) are starting to show some green.




If the weather ends up being as foul as they're predicting, I'll just stay inside and enjoy my sweet oxalis, ignoring what's going on outside.
