winter

We have snow again.  The dogs don't want to go outside.  Neither do I.

I'd much rather put on the fire, bundle up under blankets and sustain myself with tea and cookies.

But there's necessary business that requires all of us to leave the cozy house.  And although I don't want to, I am glad that my necessary business isn't the same as theirs.

My computer is home again!  But I'm not quite ready to dive back into computery things.  I love reading and commenting on blogs, but it does take a lot of time.  I know it's something that all of us bloggers struggle with.  Managing our time on the computer.  Anyone have a plan that works really well for that?  I'd love to hear it.

  1. It's beautifully sunny this Sunday morning at my house but very cold. I'm glad you got your computer back, but sadly no I do not know of any way for a perfect balance for blogging and real life duties and wants. I spend waaaay too much time on the computer and sometimes my life suffers for it and I know my art does. I just get so inspired and wrapped up in all the creativity and just being able to learn so much online. If we didn't have to sleep.... ah... but I'd miss that too ;)

I find it hard as well but i try to limit the time i spend on reading blogs and social networking. It works sometimes teehee. Have a lovely merry happy Valentine's week and stay warm! Love to you!

  3. Thanks! I'm still spending too much time on the computer (creating the new banner and the new look on my blog took WAY too much time), but I'm trying.

    Thanks for the comments!!

  4. I like the new banner too! Sometimes it's like a little treasure hunt because you tend to just glance over it but then every once in awhile something new that you didn't notice will pop out at you :) Ahh computer time...you're absolutely right; I don't think any of us have a perfect system down for that!
