signs of spring
- flowers!
- frolicking, flirting and singing birds (the robins were singing at 4 this morning!)
- mud
- thunderstorms
- sunshine (not just a spring thing, but it sure makes it feel more spring-like)
- open windows
- warm weather
- budding and leafing plants, bushes and trees
- growing (and budding and blooming) houseplants
- squashed bugs on my windshield from my road trip
- spring peepers (heard them at a rest area)
- worms wriggling across the sidewalks
What signs of spring have you been noticing? OR, if you're in the southern hemisphere, what signs of autumn?

Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. Yesterday I watched the robins and today everything was a sea of white after the rain knocked the beautiful Bradford Pear blossoms off of the trees. It is so inspiring to see everything begin to bloom.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! I love spring and this year I will get to enjoy 2 spring like weather. I live in Las Vegas right now and the weather is lovely and everything is blooming. I will be moving to Seattle in a couple of months, where the spring like weather will just start happening! I didn't see anywhere to "follow" so I added your blog to my side bar...I've enjoyed my visit here.

I was just outside taking photos of signs of spring around here! We have had our first week of warm temps and the buds are swelling on the trees. There's even a few crocus opening up - yea! I love this time of year :)
