Joy List Monday

"Happiness quite unshared can scarcely be called happiness; it has no taste."  -- Charlotte Bronte

I'll be quick today as I'm in the middle of my day off with Matthias (and all the boys... greyhounds, kitty, and Bertam the canary).

Hiking Friday I was wearing a tank top. Hiking today, my winter coat, a hat and gloves! But still the flowers keep on blooming, even with snow in the forecast for tonight.

Looking forward to each spring flower is such a Joy. There are still so many to come.

I showed a glimpse of my awesome thrifted cabinet in my last post and I'll share more about it later in the week.

The biggest bargain? These shoes:

$1.78. Clearance plus a coupon. Finding them in my size was amazing. They're comfy, too.

The biggest Joy, though, is having the day with Matthias. No constraints on our time. Taking things slowly and enjoying every moment. I'm finding that when I'm open to it, Joy and delight are everywhere.

I hope you're able to savor each and every bit (and each and every bite, too).

  3. Did the lily of the valley - really have that pink tinge to them? Thanks for sharing.

    1. Yes! They're a pink variety. I actually like the traditional white ones better, but these are lovely and smell divine. The nice thing is that they don't bloom at exactly the same time as the white ones so I have an extended season of the flowers!
