30 Paintings 30 Days, Day 10 -- a yellow nasturtium
The yellow ones are not my favorite, but I do like having a variety of colors in my garden.
With these tiny paintings I've been breaking out of my usual way of painting by forgoing the initial sketch. It's a lot harder for me, but I'm getting a bit more comfortable with it.
I like how these last four look together. Actually, I have all of the little daily paintings I've done so far lined up on one of the tables in my studio. They look very summery. A happy collection.
