I've moved!

I've blogged on Blogger for nearly 8 years now. This is the 977th post here. My Giant Strawberry has gone through many changes over the years and I've loved sharing this space with you.

But it's time for a change.

I've packed up my art supplies and moved over to my website where I'll continue to blog about art, magic and joy.

art supplies, traveling, mobile studio, moving, Anne Butera, My Giant Strawberry

I look forward to connecting with you in my new space!

  1. Yay! I'm happy for you. I know that is a hard decision to make, but better for your art business.

I lost a lot of my followers and with it comments - or rather I just didn't show up any longer on their Blogger dashboard and out of sight out of mind. It's slowly picked up, but I think blogging just isn't as popular now than it was a few years ago. I hope that trend goes back the other way as people discover that the quick social media leaves a bit of shallow taste in my mouth. Blogging lets you connect on a much deeper level. I really enjoy reading people's blogs and learning about their day to day lives.

Do we need to do anything to keep receiving your email posts? I don't want to miss any!

I hope the transition goes smoothly! I'll see you over there, too! Big hugs!

    1. Thank you, Jaime! It can be so complicated to figure out all the little bits and pieces. I've seen a downward trend in general for blogging interaction. And I'm as much to blame as anyone. I haven't kept up with blog reading myself. How did I get to be in a situation where I feel as if I'm too busy to read blogs? (I'll have to catch up with yours!).

In any case, thanks for being here. I appreciate it. As for getting posts by email... I set up Bloglovin for my new blog, but haven't set up a Feedburner RSS subscription, but I'm working on it!

So far so good for the transition! I appreciate your best wishes. :) Big hugs back to you, my friend!
